Pre-Suit Mediation
Pre-suit mediation allows parties to resolve disputes before a lawsuit is filed.
These mediations are commonly used in HOA covenant enforcement, architectural review disputes, assessment collection matters, maintenance responsibility disagreements, parking and nuisance complaints, and board-member conflicts.
The goal of pre-suit mediation is to identify practical solutions and help parties find a resolution before positions become more entrenched through litigation.

Disputes involve claims under $50,000. (Varies by jurisdiction)
Common cases include: contract disputes, contract indebtedness, property damage, HOA assessment disputes, enforcement issues, vendor disagreements, and insurance-related conflicts.
These mediations allow parties to address their concerns directly and explore practical solutions.
The goal is to help parties reach a fair resolution and avoid the time, expense, and uncertainty of trial.
Circuit Civil Mediation
Disputes involving claims over $50,000.
Common cases include commercial disputes, foreclosures, complex contract disputes, business disagreements, partnership conflicts, property damage, insurance disputes, and other higher-value civil claims.
These mediations focus on identifying the key issues, evaluating risk, and negotiating resolutions that reflect the financial impact, business interests, and complexity of the dispute.
Family Law Mediation
Marital and family law mediations involving high-conflict parenting disputes, timesharing and custody disagreements, relocation requests, modifications to parenting plans, decision-making regarding children’s education and healthcare, child-related financial disputes, and blended family conflicts.
Mediation is designed to help families navigate difficult conversations, identify shared priorities, and create agreements that are practical, sustainable, and tailored to their unique circumstances.

She has personally facilitated more than 2,000 mediations across HOA and condominium disputes, civil matters, contract indebtedness cases, family disputes, and organizational conflicts.
Michelle doesn’t rely solely on formal training. She draws from her extensive hands-on, real-world experience of mediating over 2500 cases to guide clients through complex negotiations and conflicts.
